  • No, the 50% retainer is non-refundable.
    Once you book a date, we block that day off exclusively for you. If you cancel, we lose the opportunity to work with other couples who were interested in the same date.
    For this reason, the retainer is non-refundable under any circumstance. All details are outlined clearly in the contract.

  • Yes. A 50% retainer is due at the time of signing the contract.
    Your date is not considered booked until the retainer is paid and the contract is signed.
    Because wedding dates are in very high demand, once your date is reserved, we turn away all other inquiries for the same day.

  • The remaining 50% is due one week before your wedding day.
    Payment details will be included in your invoice and contract.

  • Delivery time depends on the package and coverage.
    Final edited wedding photos are delivered within 1–2 weeks, depending on the size of your wedding and the selected package.
    The exact timeline will be outlined in your contract.

  • No — and here’s why.
    We deliver all the best, fully edited images from your wedding.
    To make your turnaround time fast and your final gallery cohesive, we select the strongest photos ourselves.
    This ensures you receive a beautifully curated gallery without delays.

  • Yes, you can request adjustments — such as colour to black & white, black & white to colour, or removing small distractions.
    Please let us know within one month after receiving your gallery, while your images are still fresh in our workflow.

    We store your RAW files for 6 months. After that period, additional edits are unfortunately not possible.

  • Yes. We photograph weddings across Alberta and are available for travel & destination weddings.
    Travel details and rates can be discussed individually during your consultation.

  • We do not alter body shapes or change physical features.
    Our editing style is natural and timeless — focused on real emotions and authentic moments from your day.

    What we do retouch:

    • temporary blemishes

    • minor skin redness

    • distractions that do not belong in the image

    • small corrections that enhance the photo without altering your natural appearance

    We do not:

    • make hair “fuller”

    • change body shapes

    • adjust facial features

    • create unrealistic transformations
